What condition are the diapers in?
Our diaper sets are made up of both new and gently used diapers. While some may have light staining from previous use, every diaper is carefully inspected and sanitized. There should never be any holes, rips, or damaged elastic.
How much does it cost?
Each size set costs $50 to rent. When your baby grows, simply return the current set and pay another $50 to receive the next size up.
Is there a deposit or other fees?
No deposit is required. We trust our families and just ask that diapers are returned clean and in good condition. Optional add-ons like wet bags or wipes are available for a small extra fee.
How many diapers do I get in a set?
IEach set includes 100 cloth diapers, made up of a mix of prefolds, fitted diapers, and pocket diapers, along with 8–10 waterproof covers. This is enough for full-time diapering with washing every 7 days.
How do I know how to use and wash them?
Every family takes a short, one-hour orientation class (online) before their first pickup. You’ll learn how to use, store, and wash your diapers so you feel confident and supported.
What if I damage or lose a diaper?
We understand life happens. A small replacement fee may apply for any lost or badly damaged items, but we’ll always work with you kindly and fairly.
