Hi, I’m Tayna founder of SoCalDoulas (formerly Inland Empire Doulas), certified birth and postpartum doula, and graduate of the National College of Midwifery. Since 2019, I’ve had the honor of supporting families through one of life’s most transformative seasons helping them find calm, confidence, and connection in the moments that matter most.

My passion lies in creating a space where families feel truly seen, supported, and cared for whether that’s guiding a birthing parent through labor, helping new parents find their rhythm during postpartum recovery, or offering overnight newborn care so everyone can rest and heal. I believe every birth story deserves respect, tenderness, and evidence-based support tailored to each family’s unique needs.

As a doula trainer with ProDoula, I also have the privilege of mentoring the next generation of doulas sharing the skills, compassion, and professionalism that elevate this work and strengthen our communities. My midwifery background gives me a deep understanding of both the physical and emotional landscape of birth, allowing me to support families with insight and empathy.

Through SoCalDoulas, I’ve built a collective of dedicated doulas who share my belief that families thrive when they are cared for with intention and heart. Together, we’re here to nurture, educate, and empower so every family can begin their journey feeling supported, confident, and deeply cared for.

Birth & Postpartum Doula

Alex is a compassionate birth and postpartum doula who finds deep joy in supporting families as they grow and transition into new rhythms. She believes every family deserves a calm, nurturing environment where they feel seen, supported, and empowered throughout their journey.

With a gentle and grounded presence, Alex creates safe, peaceful spaces for birthing parents to connect with their bodies and their babies. She especially loves including partners and siblings in the process helping the whole family feel confident and connected during these tender, transformative moments.

Her approach is rooted in warmth, patience, and respect for each family’s unique story, bringing comfort and reassurance when it’s needed most.

Postpartum Doula

Pamela is affectionately known as the “grandma doula” for her calm, nurturing presence and the deep care she brings to every family she supports. With a background in nursing and hospice care, she offers a rare blend of clinical understanding and heartfelt compassion helping families feel comforted, confident, and cared for during their postpartum journey.

Grounded in her Christian faith, Pamela approaches her work as both a calling and a ministry of service. She specializes in postpartum care, creating peaceful, supportive environments where parents can rest and heal, and where partners and siblings feel included and valued.

Her gentle guidance, steady reassurance, and genuine love for families make her a cherished part of every household she serves.
