If you're approved for insurance-covered care, your doula package includes:
90-minute initial consultation
Up to 8 prenatal or postpartum visits
In-person labor and birth support
One extended postpartum visit (3 hours)
We customize your care plan to fit your needs whether you’re planning a hospital birth, navigating postpartum recovery, or just need an extra set of hands.

All information is kept secure and confidential, and completing the form helps us better understand your needs and how we can best support your care.
