At Inland Empire Doulas, we take on a limited number of placenta and breast milk clients each month to ensure personalized care and attention. When you place an order, you reserve one of those limited spots—meaning we turn away others for that timeframe. Because of this:

Placenta Encapsulation and Freeze-Dried Breast Milk services are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

We do understand that unexpected medical situations can arise. If your placenta is sent to pathology and is no longer available for encapsulation, we will issue a 50% refund.

Please note:
• Orders cannot be canceled for any reason once they’re placed
• Meconium-stained placentas are still safe to encapsulate and are not a reason for cancellation or refund

• If you place an order, you’re securing your spot and our time—we’re honored to serve you, and we take that commitment seriously
