Extended Care Postpartum Doula.

Most families lean on us heavily in those early weeks. We help you get grounded—supporting feedings, setting up routines that fit your values, and making sure you get the rest your body needs to recover. Then, as things settle, your hours become a safety net for the moments that sneak up: needing help during travel, covering a partner’s return to work, or just having someone you trust when life feels full.
This package gives you the gift of knowing you're supported—not just now, but when you need it most. It’s like having a doula on call for the year ahead, ready to bring calm, care, and confidence to every new stage.
Intermittent Postpartum Doula Care
Every family’s needs are different—and that’s exactly what this package is designed for. Intermittent care is for families who know the kind of help they want and how often they want it. You tell us the schedule that feels good, and we’ll build a plan around it.
Maybe that’s 4 to 5 hours a day, 3 days a week for 6 weeks. Maybe it’s overnight care—8-hour stretches, 5 nights a week to help you catch up on rest. Maybe it’s a bank of 200 hours to be used flexibly over several months as your needs shift.

5-Day Live-In Doula Experience
Imagine this: you've just spent a couple of days in the hospital, getting to know your baby with nurses and call buttons just steps away. And then—it’s time to go home.
You buckle your baby into the car seat and drive away, heart full and nerves buzzing. Somewhere between the hospital parking lot and your front door, it hits you: “Wait… they’re really letting us take this baby home?! What now?”
That’s where we come in.
Our 5-Day Live-In Doula Experience is designed to help you feel deeply supported during your baby’s first week at home. One of our experienced postpartum doulas will stay with you for five full days and nights—offering round-the-clock care, guidance, and calm.
We’ll help with feedings, newborn care, your recovery, and all those questions that come up when the house is quiet and everything feels new. You’ll have someone by your side who knows the ropes and is there for you every step of the way.
This is your gentle entry into life as a new parent—with no rushing, no guesswork, and no doing it all on your own.
