Insurance credentialing for doulas allows you to serve more families, increase your visibility, and gain recognition as a trusted healthcare professional. Our streamlined doula credentialing process helps you navigate insurance requirements, apply for coverage, and start receiving reimbursement—all with the support you need to succeed. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to grow your doula business, credentialing with insurance ensures that more families can access your care.

What’s Covered in Our Credentialing Class?

Here’s what we cover together:

  • Getting Started: In our first meeting, we’ll review everything you need to begin your credentialing journey. You’ll walk away with a clear checklist of requirements and documents.

  • PAVE System & Medi-Cal: Learn how to apply through the PAVE System (the state portal for Medi-Cal providers) so you can become eligible for reimbursement.

  • Credentialing with Major Plans: We’ll work through the applications for IEHP and Kaiser step by step, filling out paperwork together so nothing feels overwhelming.

  • Personalized Support: Each week, we’ll meet one-on-one to complete applications, troubleshoot, and keep you on track until your paperwork is ready to submit.

By the end of the three weeks, you’ll have your credentialing applications submitted and the confidence of knowing you’re set up for success.
